The Houses

The Dominion

The Undeniable

The Dominion sigil: a black flame burning atop a stone pedestal, an ember-red glow bleeding through its edges

Dominion blood makes a promise permanent the moment it's sealed. What gets sworn there doesn't bend, doesn't blur, and doesn't get forgiven, not by the Houses, not by time, and not by the Dominion elder who spoke it either. They don't rule the Order's table. They're the reason nothing said at it can ever quietly stop being true.

Blood Gifts
The Binding Word

A Dominion decree isn't just spoken, it's sealed the moment it's given. Break an oath or a law sworn under a Dominion elder's word, and the blood itself turns on the oathbreaker: sickness, agony, sometimes worse, until the debt is paid or the seal is somehow undone.

The Ledger

Perfect, permanent recall of every debt and betrayal sworn under Order law. Once it's entered, it doesn't fade, isn't forgiven, and can't be talked back out of existence. Cost: they can never forget anything either.
