The Beautiful Ones
Beauty is their currency and their weapon. The Velmarq command the art world, high society, and the desires of anyone foolish enough to look too long. Behind every gallery opening and every masquerade in the city, there is a Velmarq deciding who gets to be seen.
Hold a Velmarq's gaze with real want behind it, and whatever they say next starts to feel true, undeniable in the moment, no visible trick to it. It lingers after they look away too. Each claim carries exactly one task, set the instant it's placed and impossible to edit once live, a bad claim can only be cleared by spending a different claim on someone else, which doesn't fix the mistake, just burns the slot. How many a Velmarq can hold at once scales with how long they've actually carried Velmarq blood, not their age otherwise: newly blooded gets one, decades in gets two, the oldest elders cap at three. Works on humans and on weaker vampyres of any House, and only rarely on another Velmarq, whose own nature resists it. Cost: like every Major Blood Gift, it draws a small, often unnoticed toll on their own vitality too, and leaves them hungrier sooner than they otherwise would be.
Any wound closes almost instantly if they will it. Cost: the healing pulls vitality from the nearest living thing, someone else always pays for their flawlessness.
